In more than 20 years of course development and delivery experience, I’ve yet to come across anyone with the enthusiasm and commitment Dr. Tedra possesses. Serving as the lead instructor, she provided training to over 1,000 employees over a five month period, a daunting task for even the best instructor. However, evaluations both written and through conversation have been overwhelmingly upbeat and positive. Comments such as “we’ve never had training presented this way” and “I actually understand how this will help me at work” were the norm. She truly stands heads and shoulders above any instructor/facilitator I’ve witnessed.
Dr. Tedra is just what our company needed to motivate our employees and make them excited about professional growth. Here energetic and lively approach to teambuilding was quickly embraced by our managers and employees, who quickly spread the word that this was the “best class I’ve ever taken.” She really brought us together as an organization, increasing both productivity and morale.
The workshop was very informative! The materials were well done and well presented. I found that these types of presentations become “old hat” for the presenters and they seem to run in the grooves. Not the case at all today. It brought the group together and reinforced the “team”.
Dr. Tedra was able to connect with everyone at their level. The class was done exceptionally well and she made it fun and interesting for everyone involved.
